bakopi（以下「当サービス」）をご利用いただく前に、本利用規約をよくお読みください。当サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（サービス概要）
bakopiは、無限に広がる座標空間上にテキスト・スタンプ・リンク（YouTube・X埋め込み）を投稿・共有できるソーシャルマップサービスです。投稿は一定時間後に自動的に消去されます。
第2条（利用資格）
- Googleアカウントを保有していること
- 13歳以上であること（13歳未満の方は保護者の同意が必要です）
- 本規約に同意していること
第3条（禁止行為）
以下の行為を禁止します。違反した場合、アカウントの停止・投稿の削除・法的措置を取る場合があります。
- 特定の個人・団体に対する誹謗中傷・ハラスメント
- わいせつ・暴力的・差別的なコンテンツの投稿
- 個人情報（氏名・住所・電話番号等）の無断掲載
- スパム・広告・宣伝目的の大量投稿
- 著作権・商標権・その他知的財産権の侵害
- 法令に違反する行為または違反を助長する行為
- 当サービスのシステムへの不正アクセス・改ざん・攻撃
- 複数アカウントの作成によるBANの回避
- その他、当サービスの運営を妨害する行為
第4条（投稿コンテンツの権利）
ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツの著作権はユーザーに帰属します。ただし、ユーザーは当サービスに対し、サービスの提供・改善・宣伝を目的として、投稿コンテンツを無償・非独占的に使用（表示・複製・改変等）する権利を許諾するものとします。
他者の著作物を無断で投稿することは禁止します。
第5条（投稿の自動消去）
投稿は、投稿先エリアの混雑状況に応じて一定時間後に自動的に消去されます。消去されたコンテンツの復元はできません。また、当サービスはコンテンツの保存を保証しません。
第6条（アカウントの停止・BAN）
当サービスは、本規約に違反したユーザーに対し、予告なくアカウントの停止・投稿の削除・BAN（利用禁止）の措置を取ることができます。BAN処分に対する異議申し立ては、お問い合わせ先メールアドレスにて受け付けます。
第7条（個人情報の取り扱い・開示請求への対応）
当サービスは、裁判所・捜査機関・弁護士会等から法令に基づく開示請求があった場合、ユーザーのIPアドレス・投稿内容・アカウント情報等を提供することがあります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
第8条（免責事項）
- 当サービスは、ユーザーの投稿内容について一切の責任を負いません
- 当サービスの利用によって生じた損害について、当サービスの故意・重大な過失によるものを除き、責任を負いません
- 当サービスは予告なくサービスの内容変更・中断・終了を行うことがあります
- 当サービスはコンテンツの永続的な保存を保証しません
第9条（規約の変更）
当サービスは、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点から有効となります。重要な変更がある場合は、サービス内でお知らせします。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。当サービスに関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using bakopi ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Article 1 (Service Overview)
bakopi is a social map service where users can post text, stamps, and links (YouTube/X embeds) on an infinite coordinate space. Posts are automatically deleted after a certain period of time.
Article 2 (Eligibility)
- You must have a Google account
- You must be 13 years of age or older (parental consent is required for users under 13)
- You must agree to these Terms of Service
Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
The following actions are prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension, post deletion, or legal action.
- Defamation, harassment, or abuse targeting specific individuals or organizations
- Posting obscene, violent, or discriminatory content
- Unauthorized disclosure of personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.)
- Spam, mass posting for advertising or promotional purposes
- Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Any act that violates laws or regulations, or encourages others to do so
- Unauthorized access to, tampering with, or attacking the Service's systems
- Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban
- Any other act that interferes with the operation of the Service
Article 4 (Rights to Posted Content)
Copyright of content posted by users remains with the user. However, users grant the Service a free, non-exclusive license to use (display, reproduce, modify, etc.) the posted content for the purposes of providing, improving, and promoting the Service.
Posting content that infringes on the copyrights of others is prohibited.
Article 5 (Automatic Deletion of Posts)
Posts are automatically deleted after a period of time depending on the density of the area. Deleted content cannot be restored. The Service does not guarantee the preservation of any content.
Article 6 (Account Suspension and Ban)
The Service may suspend accounts, delete posts, or ban users who violate these Terms without prior notice. Appeals against ban decisions may be submitted to the contact email address below.
Article 7 (Personal Information and Disclosure Requests)
The Service may disclose user IP addresses, post content, and account information in response to legally binding requests from courts, law enforcement, bar associations, or similar authorities. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- The Service assumes no responsibility for user-posted content
- The Service is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence
- The Service may change, suspend, or terminate its content without prior notice
- The Service does not guarantee the permanent preservation of content
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
The Service may modify these Terms as necessary. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Users will be notified of significant changes within the Service.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
